Redoute jacket (similar here) | Chica Booti crop (similar here) | Sportsgirl skirt (similar here) | Nordstrom heels

I wanted to create a outfit that had a bit of a badass vibe (what's new haha). I'm a sucker for black velvet pieces, and so as soon as I saw this crop in my sister's wardrobe, I knew I'd be borrowing very many times. I've already worn it in previous posts, which gives you an idea just how much I love it. Today, I paired it with this burgundy school skirt, and my trusty booties, to give the outfit a feminine element. I then added my usual leather biker jacket. I've worn this in so many of my previous posts, I doubt I have to say much. But it's literally the perfect shape for anyone looking for a fitted biker jacket.

Feel It All Around

Redoute shirt (similar here) | Levi jacket (similar here) | Sportsgirl shorts (similar here) | TUK shoes

This look is so super duper easy, all you need is a denim jacket, a white shirt, and anything high-waisted. It's simple, but it will always look good! I've tried wearing this jacket and top with a high-waisted skirt many times, but I actually love it more with these shorts. They're my favourite from my wardrobe, and I felt like the outfit became more comfortable for running errands. I love the faux leather material - they're rather stretchy, but still tight in the areas that matter. I hope you like this outfit!

Feel So Close

Redoute biker jacket (similar here) | Esprit bag (other bags here) | Cotton On shirt | Chica Booti skirt (similar here) | Dr Martens boots

Today I just spent the day filming screentests, and then headed into the city with my family to check out another potential cafe we'll be investing in. The weather is soooo hot at the moment, but I've been craving an all black outfit, so here's something light I came up with! Granted, I didn't really wear the jacket much, but I always like to carry an extra layer around with me in case the weather does a 180 (it always does in Sydney). I love this combination so much - a mini skirt, biker jacket and my docs, I could seriously wear it every day. I can't wait to share more outfits with you guys!

Aftershave Ocean

Markova blazer (similar here) | Jay Jays jeans | Forever 21 denim shirt (similar here) | Nordstrom shoes (similar here) | Valleygirl sunglasses

I've actually never tried the denim on denim trend in my life, so today, I thought I'd give it a try! I love seeing trends or themes, and then interpreting them myself, adding my own little elements. I spent the morning around Coogee cliffs, and then ended up having to go into work, which I think this look is quite suited for. I find this trend is quite difficult, and the way I break it all up so it's not too overwhelming, is by making sure my outer layer is a different colour or shade, and by adding a lot of accessories.
Have you guys tried out denim on denim before? Also, do you think I should start making cute little video diaries?
