Adorn

Jacket - Forever 21 (similar here) | Top - Now (similar here) | Skirt - Redoute (similar here) | Shoes - T.U.K. | Sunglasses - Sportsgirl

Although this winter weather is definitely calling for more sensible looks involving pants and layers, but I just have to wear my plaid skirts every so often or I start having withdrawals haha. I tend to always pair my plaid skirts with leather jackets or blazers, and today was no exception. I scored this incredible jacket when I was in New York late last year, and I'm still in awe of how cheap I got it! And it's such good quality too!

I'm sorry things have been a little slow on the blog lately! I've been having some pretty jam-packed weeks, but hopefully I'll be able to get back into a steady rhythm! I hope you're all having a great day :)

Club America

Dress - ASOS | Bag - Guess (similar here) | Boots - Nordstrom

My friend and I decided to hop over to Asos for a bit of online shopping, and I stumbled across this gorgeous black dress. I've been wanting a dressy look for day-time events like races and lunches at high-class restaurants, and this fit that perfectly! I'm in love with the lace sleeves and the choker collar, with the open chest area - just so flattering! I paired it with my Guess handbag, and my trusty black booties, but I would definitely switch to some chunky heels and a clutch if I wanted to wear this out at night! What do you guys think of this dress?

Who Let You Go?

Tee - Cotton On (more graphic tees here) | Shorts - Factorie | Shoes - Vince Camuto | Hat - Sportsgirl | Bag - Colette (similar here)

This t-shirt sums me up in a nutshell hahahaha. It's my favourite black tee in my wardrobe - I honestly don't ever reach for my other ones when I see this one hanging. I usually wear it with my boyfriend jeans, but today was so god damn hot, I decided to pretend it was summer and pull out my good old denim shorts. I haven't worn these in quite a few months now, it feels weird to be putting them back on. And wearing them today has made me realise how much I've missed them. I finished the outfit off with some socks and sandals. You would've seen me post about these shoes in the past, but I can't help it, I love them too much and will wear them til the day they break. They're suede, retro and structural, and I couldn't be more in love.

Anyway, the weather right now is acting as if it's the end of spring, and I absolutely love it! Even though I'm not spending much of my time outside - I spent the entirety of today working, and then exercising at home, and that's it. I hope you all enjoy your day!

Red Light

Dress - Cue (similar here) | Bag - Colette (similar here) | Sandals - Vince Camuto

Today was just another casual day, heading over to Bondi for lunch with my sister. The weather is starting to slowly get warmer (thank god!) so I decided to opt for a lighter look - this simple, black dress I bought from Cue a couple years ago is honestly my favourite classy day dress. It is ridiculously flattering for any body shape, and the material is perfect. I wanted to keep things simple and sheik, so I paired it with my go-to tote bag from Colette, and these round sunglasses I picked up at some markets earlier this year. What do you guys think of this outfit?

Two Kinds of Happiness

Top - Paper Closet | Skirt - Cotton On (similar here) | Bag - Colette (similar here) | Creepers - TUK

Here's an outfit I wore to lunch with my sister in Glebe today. I can't stress enough how comfortable I always feel whenever I wear a maxi skirt and graphic crop. I basically wear this look all year round, I don't care how cold it gets haha. Surprisingly, I don't own any other print skirts as they're not really my thing, but when I saw this a couple years back, I knew I was gonna make an exception. It's from Cotton On, which I'm sure you all know is a super affordable store that stocks all fashion basics. I'm also wearing this new Colette bag I got in Melbourne last month - I think it's so classic and pretty, and will most definitely last me a long time (I know I'll be wearing it pretty much every day).

I hope you're all having a great Thursday! Let me know what you guys think of this outfit. I love it when you leave comments :)
